Reports to a Practice Director

The client seeking experienced GE/IDX Healthcare Consultants for full time position. The position would require extensive travel (80%) as the clients of the firm are located throughout the US. Relocation is not necessary.

You will potentially be assigned to a wide variety of projects including:

• System Implementation
• Project Management
• Training
• System Support
• Interim management
• System and Operational Assessment
• Workflow Redesign
• IT Planning and Needs Assessment

Requirements

Experience in healthcare is required and should be a core experience.

Hands-on involvement in the design, implementation and/or support of GE/IDX Centricity products, both business and clinical applications.

Candidates must have solid experience with BAR, SCHED and/or TES modules.

4-6 years experience working in a healthcare provider organization, vendor or another consulting firm with it's focus on healthcare.

Proven experience as a project manager or team member responsible for large scale, complex projects

Thorough understanding of the integration of applications and their impact on business processes and operations

Successful candidates will be able to communicate and effectively work with all levels of the clients staff.
